Something Beautiful is the resurrection of a 2014 initiative to find a visual feast for each day of the year.
Son, Thomas, and his wife, Cassie, travelled to Iceland, Denmark, and Finland last December. Seeing the elusive borealis was on their list but the weather gods did not play. Clouds led to disappointment on this trip.
But maybe the future will bring another opportunity and it will look something like the view below.
