Day 209: Something Beautiful—Kenai Aqua Waters

Day 10: The Alaskan Adventure.

Murphy’s Law prevails. My first day off with a car and we have overcast and rain. The office called with a true emergency that has taken two hours of my day off—I am undeterred. I have attended the crisis with dispatch and am filling a few minutes waiting for confirmation that I can start my personal life again. Then I will head out hoping that what I’ve been told about quick changing weather here is a reality. On the other side of the mountain, I hope to find a cloudless view or, at least, a moose.

In the meantime, I am posting another picture from yesterday’s trek along the Kenai range. Some aqua water before the rains began. Clear aqua waters—aqua acque limpide.
