Day 198: Something Beautiful—Nasturtiums

Something Beautiful is a self-imposed initiative to find a visual feast for each day of a year.

Maybe it was talk of edible blossoms that sent me in the direction of nasturtiums. They taste of tart—a bit like vinegar, but it is the look of the leaf and color that I love. Reminiscent of a lotus leaf—foglia di loto. Tomorrow I will see what colors they grow in Anchorage.
