Something Beautiful is a self-imposed initiative to find a visual feast for each day of a year.
I forget that spring comes in many forms. In Antarctica, you won’t see the long stretches of forsythia, rhododendrons, or dogwood. Instead Easter colored floats of ice disintegrating bit by bit under the pink and warmer sky. Spring brings color to the world we live in and sometimes in unexpected ways. And, sometimes for not much more than a moment. Transient beauty.
